What distinguishes my Consulting

I start by recording and analyzing the initial situation and the problem. It is not unusual that this turns out to be quite different from the client's perception. Based on the findings of this analysis I work out recommendations. My observing and consulting is neutral and respectful. My communication is clear and concise, the contact open and straightforward.

The person itself is always the central point of my consulting. Here, also the coaching of involved persons has proved to be of value.
