If Change Management becomes difficult or even fails, it is normally not caused by technical problems. It is rather caused by a lack of communication and personal interaction, by unclear processes and a lack of leadership and managerial responsibility.

Communication with the persons involved is crucial: What will be better after the change? What does the change mean to me? How can I profit from participating? What kind of risks are involved, both for me and the company? Only after such questions have been answered sufficiently, an employee can use his full potential without being afraid of change.
